Student Clinical Massages
Student massages are full-body Swedish relaxation sessions. When booking at the student rate, you will be randomly assigned the next student in rotation — no requests for individual students. Appointments are limited and availability varies.

As of February 14, 2025, a 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card payments.

All appointments are made over the phone. Call or text (423) 804-3068 to book your appointment time.
Pre-Pay Online Within 24 Hours
After your phone appointment is confirmed, you must pre-pay online within 24 hours. If payment is not received within that window, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the time slot released.
Arrive on Time
Please arrive on time — lateness is deducted from your 50-minute massage session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy — Please Read
All cancellations require a minimum 24-hour notice.
You will be charged $30.00 if you do not cancel within 24 hours.
NO REFUNDS on pre-paid appointments.
Pre-paid online payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Professional Massage Services
Now offering professional massage services with a Licensed Massage Therapist. Our professional therapists are all licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Health Related Boards and are insured. Over 30 years of experience.

60-minute professional LMT session
Walk-ins are welcome, although we may book up early. It is best to call ahead and make an appointment at least one day in advance.
Professional LMT sessions are separate from student clinical. Please call (423) 929-3331 specifically for professional massage appointments.
Before your visit
Client Instructions for Clinical
No money, handbags, or jewelry in the treatment room.
Lateness to your appointment is deducted from your 50-minute massage time.
Instructors will enter and exit your treatment room during your massage.
You will be draped and undraped according to Tennessee law.
No tips are permissible under any circumstances.
Refrain from conversation during your massage for your benefit and the benefit of others.
Students and rooms are assigned by rotation, not by client request.
Cell phones must be on vibration only and answered outside the school building.
24-hour notification required for all cancellations.
$30.00 charge for non-cancellation or no-show.
No refunds for pre-paid appointments.
Non-Discrimination Policy
Clients cannot refuse services on the basis of fact or perception of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, marital status, disability, or HIV/AIDS. Any refusal of services is considered a cancellation without sufficient notice and a charge of $30.00 will apply. Purposely and repeatedly disregarding any of the above stated requirements leaves us under no obligation to reschedule further appointments.
