Program
How long is the massage therapy program?
The program requires a minimum of 650 hours of supervised study, which meets the Tennessee state licensure requirement. The exact calendar duration depends on which schedule track you choose.
What schedule tracks are available?
We offer three tracks to fit different lifestyles: Weekday, Weeknight, and Weekend. Class days, times, and start dates for each track are listed on our Programs page.
What does the curriculum cover?
The curriculum is divided into two main blocks: • 200 hours — Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology: A deep foundation in the science of the human body. • 450 hours — Massage Theory & Practicum: Hands-on training in technique, client communication, ethics, and professional practice. Students also complete a required number of Student Clinical Massages on the general public as part of their school hours.
What are the graduation requirements?
To graduate you must: • Complete and maintain a passing average in all graded subjects and pass an exit exam. • Receive a satisfactory grade on practical evaluations. • Fulfill all financial obligations to the school.
Is there a code of ethics I need to follow?
Yes. Students are expected to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times — in the classroom, clinic, and outside of school. This includes treating clients with dignity, maintaining good health habits, and keeping your professional and personal lives separate.
