About This Course
Body Mechanics are very important to the longevity of your career! Have you gotten into some bad habits that you may not even be aware of while doing massage? Does your body hurt after performing massages? This could be because of your body mechanics. Karen Kestner has been a massage therapist for over 30 years. In her course, she will review and demonstrate proper use of your body to get full benefit of your mechanics. This could improve the amount of pressure you give your clients as well as protect yourself from overuse and harmful stretching and bending. Please bring a set of sheets, face cradle cover, and lotion. This class is 4 CE credits. The cost is $92.00. Bring massage license number for sign in.
