The Heart of Hawaiian Lomi Massage is a hands-on workshop that takes you on a journey into Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage. During this 2-day workshop you will take a deep-dive into self-discovery, we will explore the meaning and depth of this physical/spiritual modality. You will learn the basic runs (strokes) of Lomi on both the front and the back of the body. We will explore the meaning of Hawaiian Lomi and how it can affect not only your practice, but also how we all think about life. We will do movement, meditation, and stretching. This informative, exciting, and fun workshop will have you learning the Principals of Huna, and of Ho'Oponopono (forgiveness), as well as the transformative effect this work can have on others.
