Continuing Education Policies

Registration Policy:

Class size is limited and may fill up. Please register as soon as possible to guarantee a place in the class of your choice.  All courses require prepayment for registration to be valid. Paypal is the preferred payment method for all CE courses at Reflections of Health School of Massage, Inc.  If payment is not received before the day of the course your registration will be considered invalid and we DO NOT guarantee a place for you in the class or printed course material.  All prepaid registrations will be honored first.  You will not receive your certificate of completion on the day of class unless your registration is complete and there will be an additional $10.00 administrative fee to process your information and issue a certificate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

An administrative fee of $25.00 will be retained with any cancellation or refund. If you choose to cancel your attendance in a course, we must be notified 10 days prior to the course in order for you to receive a refund of the amount you paid minus the $25.00 administrative fee.  Please allow 30 days to process your request for a refund.  Any cancellations after 10 days prior to the class start date will not receive a refund of any kind. If you are forced to cancel due to an emergency, we may allow a transfer of your payment to another class offered by Reflections of Health School of Massage, Inc. at our discretion.  You will only be allowed to do this once.

Replacement Certificates:

If you require a replacement copy of your CE certificate, the fee is $25.00 if you can provide the school with all requested information i.e. correct course name and date. If you cannot provide this information you will be charged an additional $10 fee to locate the certificate information you are requesting.  Please allow 10 business days to receive your replacement certificate.  We will not issue replacement certificates for courses that are only hosted by the school.  You will need to contact the instructor for the course and they may have a different policy to issue replacement certificates.

Course Cancellation:

We never intend to cancel a course but sufficient enrollment must be met in order to present any course. Reflections of Health School of Massage, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the case of a course cancellation you will be notified by email and phone of the cancellation 24 hours prior to the scheduled class date and a full refund will be issued.

Certificate Replacement Fee

If you are requesting a replacement certificate for a course taught by Reflections of Health School of Massage, Inc. please email info@reflectionsofhealth.com with your name, mailing address, phone number, name and date of course after you have paid the replacement certificate fee.

Certification for Continuing Education

 Reflections of Health School of Massage, Inc. is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a Continuing Education Approved Provider.
